Looks like Shells are the cheapest at the moment, at roughly 70m? I remember a lot of them had their 'big' stamp down to like 45m a while ago though, so it looks as though stamps are back up since CC stopped giving out prizes in that manner.

Even if the 2020 CC happens, they stopped giving out random r90+s for it a couple of years ago. It's meant the market is far less saturated than it was for a while there. I don't see the prices dropping down again, as TNT have no plans on returning to the old prize distribution strategy.
Yeah I believe the shells are the cheapest. A few of the bigger stamps had dropped in price with CC (when they gave out actual prizes instead of perks). I feel like the faerieland stamp album wouldn’t be too bad either since faerie caverns gives out that stamp quite frequently.
