I don't think they'll take a fine comb through your account though, I would just lay low just in case since they may take a look at your ticket since you've reached out.

I've had a ticket "open" for damn near a year now and they've never even responded. There's a chance they still won't look into yours because it's such a minor thing!

Did you reach out on social media or put your ticket number on the board which apparently they look at too and helps you get it addressed sooner? I know tickets usually take forever but I really thought because it's NC related it would be addressed sooner.

I think I posted my ticket to highway to help once, but it wasn't a big enough issue to bug them about. It wasn't NC related, and while they are usually faster with NC items, there are people that sit with no response for a while for those too!

I doubt they’ll look thru every aspect of your account. TNT can be pretty lazy, let’s be honest hahah. If it’s NC related it generally does get answered faster. There’s also a board on the help chat where you can post your ticket number and that it’s NC related (that always helps me speed things up).
