Where are people buying cheaper NC cards in stock?

Why would they, when it would reduce their sales?

pretty sure most of them come from brazil, and since they keep the amount "equal" to the amount of NC you're getting, they are way cheaper compared to USD

like for example in the US a $20 card would give you 2000 NC, but in brazil it's still $20 (brazil dollars), which upon currency conversion they are paying like $4-5 usd for a 2000 NC card
