What do you collect?

I like collecting snowglobes. But i've really toned it down because i run out of room.
This is my favorite one, it even has a music box that plays hedwigs theme while train goes around the tunnel. Not sure why the water turned yellow though =(

Oh hey, I collect succs too! But I've got a ton of echeverias. I just love how different they can be and how easy they are to propagate.

Pins, buttons, and video game merch. I have loads of pins/buttons displayed in cases in my room as well as merch that usually comes from video game editions (plushies, stickers, toys, books, ect.) out as well. I also buy posters from time to time relating to a video game if I find them in a store or something.

I collect Pok�mon plushies and doc martens.

For Pok�mon aside from all the build a bear ones I have a life size shiny magikarp from the Pok�mon center and a life size mareep!


Doc marten wise - I buy a pair each month and have a few pairs that cost me waaaaay more than I’m proud to admit

At the moment I am not collecting anything. Previously I collected stamps, stickers of players in the magazine "Champions League". , soft toys were in a distant childhood. I gave a lot of things and just gave, I thought that they do not want to communicate with me in another way.

I personally am a sucker for enamel pins. Especially horror/Halloween related ones!! I�m a huge fan of Theater of Creeps on Instagram. He makes wicked pins and I own quite a few of them! Some are really neat too. He has one he made of Pennywise and the eyes light up!
But yeah, I have a cork board full of all kinds of enamel pins. Halloween/horror, cute/kawaii, retro/old school looking ones, etc. I also have a lanyard full of Disney pins that are all Halloween themed/related. I don�t know why but I just love pins.

I also collect vinyl records of bands/music I like. I have quite a few.. probably more than I should. It is an expensive hobby/collection, so I�ve really slowed down on it in the last few years. I also don�t have a lot of shelf space left, haha. My most expensive record that I own is probably AFI�s album Sing The Sorrow. If you are familiar with the price of it, you know why it�s a prized possession of mine

I collect memos and stickers! Originally started because I work with children and it is nice to have some small gifts ready, but I ended up finding them really cute so now they're all MINE

Plush - mostly octopodes/octopi, but I have several other sea creatures, all my favorite pokemon in plush form (except the ones that don't have official plushies made VOLCARONA AND MAGCARGO), and my favorite neopet.

Rocks/Minerals/Crystals - A good collection of nice specimens from dealers and rockhounds, plus nice stones I've picked up in my travels. One time, I ended up at my favorite sushi place with a pocket full of small rocks. On a shelf next to me was a bowl of decorative stones. I slipped one of mine into the bowl and it blended right in. It's special because it's the place where my partner and I had our first date (four years ago today, actually) and we had collected those stones together. There will always be a part of us at that sushi place.


EDIT: Apparently Volcarona and Magcargo both have plush versions now and I didn't know. Still, the Volcarona plush looks really bad. Considering leaving it out of my collection.
