What are your personal experiences with TNT?

My oldest account was going to be purged awhile back. I needed a birthday that my 14 yr self randomly put in to neopets. I contacted TNT for help, they pretty much said NOPE and closed my ticket. My account from 2001 was deleted and a piece of my childhood lost.

A mixed bag. Tony P. has mostly been a dick, and even when he has helped me, he was super intimidating. He has frozen legit friends of mine for being gifted expensive items (and not even super expensive, just things like paint brushes) or a few million np. Meanwhile on quite a few of my accounts I have cheated my ass off and have items worth hundreds of mils illegitly that I've passed around through multiple accounts, and haven't been iced for that.

Alice and Rico have been kind and helpful.

My personal experiences have always been good. I've had to jump through some hoops at times, but otherwise relatively painless. I've dealt with Tony P, Alice and Rico S. All many many moons ago.

All of that being said, while my experience has generally been pleasant, for each of those three stories I have a friend(s) with three more horror stories. Which is just absolutely awful. I also acknowledge that TNT plays favorites.

Holy fuck...it really amazes how some people are so nosy it legit gets innocent people frozen. I'm so sorry that happened to you, and glad it worked out in the end.
