Holy fuck...it really amazes how some people are so nosy it legit gets innocent people frozen. I'm so sorry that happened to you, and glad it worked out in the end.

Yeah like I get looking out for your friends, I guess? But it was absolutely fucking bonkers. And the pet in question was a VBN t9 (idr what tier it was in way back then but I imagine the same since higher tiers dont get moved much I've noticed) and while the pet had been on the PC in the past (her posting with him as her active) it was really weird because like. I didn't go around posting with the pet anywhere, but iirc the neomails started really soon after we had done the transfer. It was fuckin strange man. Over the years I've had other friends transfer me their mid--high end UCs for gender changes and nothing ever happened like it did that time.

I think its such bullshit that people can submit tickets and just never get a response. What shitty service that is.

Mostly positive, but that's primarily because a lot of it was me providing indepth information on an account to recover birthdate/pass/other such things. It takes way too long and I wish they'd be better about those kinds of smaller interactions, but those kinds of things haven't been bad.

My most recent interaction was trash garbage, though, because Tony P said a UC had way too many trades to reasonably return it to my account (after it got compromised a couple years back) and couldn't do anything for me whatsoever. :/ Do they just not track and log trades and transfers like that (when it really shouldn't be hard to)? The pet was hacked, I gave evidence of my ownership of that account, but absolutely no help even so.

especially when it has to do with NC >:[ i got charged $5 for NC once and never got it -- never got a reply on a ticket. i mean that's a small amount of money BUT ITS STILL RL MONEY AND I'M STILL SALTY ABOUT IT

They have gotten a lot better about responding to frozen account tickets if you post in the highway to help board. Guess the costs driving away all the heavy users with arbitrary and irreversible freezings seem more important as the site continues to decline in popularity

i had a side account frozen for scamming and my ticket was answered pretty quickly by alice after posting the ticket number on the highway to help thread. however, she said straight up i would not be getting the account back and closed the ticket. i have no idea what i did that was considered scamming, and my main and other sides were left untouched. i wish tnt would be more transparent with the reasons why they've decided to freeze your account, especially when it might be full of items you gave THEM money for
