What are your personal experiences with TNT?

Anyway. What are your personal experiences having dealt with TNT?

i have mixed feelings, i've been able to recover accounts when cheating and not recover when i was unfairly frozen, that's what gets me about tnt, they don't actually listen to you unless they are forced to.

For me, the real problem with TNT is that they aren't transparent with the users. I've had my account fairly frozen for cheating, but they gave it back with the condition that I'd have all my neopoints and neopoints items (even PB items) removed.
I don't understand what kind of rules are those. Why would you give a cheater it's account back but take out neopoints, pets or whatever? Is there a rule that the support follow or is it decided by luck? By Tony or Alice? They judge us based on what?
All I want is some transparency; write down all the rules and everything you can or can't do; writing about it on NT doesn't help. I used to play neopets on another language and didn't know english when I was a kid.
I'd say a lot of things that I've heard about, but since this is personal experience, that's mine and that's my opinion.

I've not had to deal with TnT directly as of yet, luckily. However the notion that legitimate players 'get got' by them seems common, along with the supposed 'rule' of having to remove neopets, np, items, etc from the account in order to recover it.

I gotta say TnT, taking away legitimate and wrongly frozen players hard earned items, pets, and points is a surefire way to bring more people to cheat. And I don't think it accomplishes anything. That's the worst part. What does taking that off an account actually do? There needs to be an actual, planned out, generalized response to offenses, not whatever the responding support staffer decides.

I have a account frozen from long ago for a glitch and they refuse to give back, now with the 2b nps given by beta glitch no one was frozen and only one user had his nps removed, i asked again and they refused again, i even asked for them to remove everything i have, i really want my og account back.
But i once was frozen for 'scamming' and got it back pretending i bought stuff and faking paypal prints and i got it wiped out but got back an awesome account.

It's based on pure luck, i've seen alice unfreeze people for some reasons besides protection but she usually passes those down to tony, and tony is completly luck based on what he is feeling like. Once i had an account frozen for protection, got it back, was frozen again, and then he said i dont have the og email, i mean... you just gave it back to me with that same info a couple months ago, how is it wrong now? TNT is a shit show

Got frozen over being gifted an item. I played 100% legitly before that. Got pissed and cheated back to where I am now. Was easier than starting all over again. Got repeatedly called a liar by tony even though I spent... 8k on the site and would have rather not risked that, all my avatars, and trophies. And whenever I get alice she always is really passive aggressive at me.

tnt has answered my boards 3 times so far since i returned and they were very kind but when i contacted them about my old account they weren't very helpful. They said i didn't give them the right email account when i knew it was the right one and now i have to watch my old pets from afar...
