Trying to contact a user

But their PM saved messages seem to be full.

I'm a little worried I'm getting ghosted so I thought I'd ask here if there's other ways to get ahold of someone, even if its just to tell them 'hey, clean your inbox please!'

you can post a visitor message.

The user will get a notification that they have a new visitor message. Often people will do this to notify someone they have a full inbox.

In that instance I don't think that there would be a reasonable way to reach them until they clear out some messages really.

If this is in regard to a purchase or trade, you can feel free to reach out to one of us on staff and we should be able to look into it further; but if it's just a personal matter it may just be a matter of waiting for them to notice.
