hey! im just getting my third tattoo tomorrow morning and i tought this could be a great idea to show off your tattoos and maybe tell something about your experience overall for people thinking about getting one or just for fun!
i remember when i got my first one i was incredibly afraid but once you feel that sensation of ink into your skin oh god, i wish i couldnt stop.
so yeah, feel free to post photos, share your stories and what not, this will be our tiny ink basement
I love this idea! I have a 3/4 sleeve so far, one day it will be a full sleeve. It's only three tattoos, but two are pretty sizeable.
Wow, I'm jealous of your pain tolerance. I hate getting tattoos, but I love the result, so... My last one was 4 hours and I was so done by the end of it. Here is a piece of it:
I want to finish the sleeve and maybe get something on my hip, but I have to wait a few more years so I can forget about how painful it is lol. I just got that one this past January, and before that was 4 years ago. So I guess that's how long it takes for me to summon the courage to get inked again.
What will you be getting?

Omg I totally get what you mean.
I got kinda addicted to the pain and couldn't wait to get another tattoo after I got my first one.

I got one piece of ink but looking to get more soon. I got deterred after my first piece because they gave me the rook, a simple piece and they still managed to make me bleed like crazy so it faded a lot.
I'm putting in the time this next time no doubt. Did you guys get these done in the states?

Thank you! That's really unfortunate about the bleeding, especially as your first piece. If the artist wrecks your skin then you're in for a bad time... Hopefully your next one turns out better. And like @(you need an account to see links), I also got mine done in Korea. Seoul, specifically. There are so many great tattoo artists emerging in Korea right now~
I love seeing these tattoos! The only downside is it makes me want more, and I am not ready for that lol.
Edit: typo

This is my thigh tattoo when it was extremely fresh.
About 8 hours, done last year.
I have 5 total. I'll have to try and find pictures of the others.
But yeah, they feel addicting and the aftercare feels like self-care if that makes sense?
Like you can be super depressed, get a tattoo, and feel forced to take care of it because "there's no way I'm letting this get messed up especially after spending so much money on it" lol
I adore tattoos so much, (blame my mother for that) due to health reasons though I can't get them. Plus I dont think I could handle the pain. Lovely tattoos here though!
As I posted there, I have a vulpix on my thigh. I got it because Pokemon had been a positive influence on my life since 1998. To me, a vulpix represents elegance but power.

I've toyed with getting ones to represent my kids, but Eevee would be much easier to do than Jayce, and I wouldn't want it to seem unbalanced.
I adore this! Vulpix is one my favorites I'm bias towards the aloha form though My mother just got my brothers and mines names, not sure if you were looking get a face picture but she thought hard and just got our names+birthdays.
