aaaaaan, it looks like the cards are exclusively available at target with no online sales (except for in-store pickup). There isn't one close to me and I don't drive, so...bad news for me I guess.

This is the worst! I wish we had target in Brazil. And I can't understand why they wouldn't sell it online?
