Do pets lose value to you if you see them often UFT on the PC?

Curious on everyones thoughts about that. For some reason personally im less likely to offer on a pet I see constantly. Idk why I feel like if I ever got that pet everyone would be stalking my account.

It depends. If it's being advertised by the same people over a span of more than a week, i felt losing the interest in the pet already after a while. And if it's being advertised immediately by new owner, I would also lose interest in it. If the said pet reappear in the board after 2 weeks of not being advertised, I'll feel refreshed seeing it again.

I agree with this. It probably makes them seem somewhat less rare or desirable. I don't trade much these days, but if I do decide I'll get back into trading I will get loads of interest the first day of offering/advertising and then after that I'm just offering to the tumbleweed...

For me, they don't lose value. Mainly stays the same, but sometimes if I see a pet constantly being traded around it kinda makes me want them more even though I didn't have a great interest initially but thought the pet was cool....like, '*Cry* let me give you a good home so you don't have to keep being traded around and around' lol. Kinda a similar feeling to when you see those RL pets that have had multiple owners because they didn't suit/the owner couldn't care for them and the pets just look so sad (I wish I could adopt every RL pet needing a home)

That's how I feel too with UC pets I see being traded around. I feel bad for those pets who were uft 4-5 years ago before I left for hiatus and when I came back they are still uft...

This is my thought too. If anything it makes me like/want them more because I just want them to be loved already.

What's even worse is seeing pets that I know were UFA a few years back now being traded around. Theres a particular dari buzz that was ufa in like 2015, I think? The applications for her were STUNNING and now she's cycling through the pc again. Super mega bummer.

Yes exactly! I have a similar experience but instead of a buzz, it's a DN grey kougra. Such a shame because I recall the owner specifically preferred applicants who apply to keep them too :/

Ugh, right? The person who was chosen for the buzz had a giant app too. Tons of art and a full story, so I'm not even sure what happened. Poor thing doesn't even have a petpet anymore

Almost the opposite? I don’t want a faerie kougra but there’s this one VWN faerie kougra that’s just always being advertised and I’m just like, aw buddy, one day someone will love you.. do I want a kougra after all..........
