Videos for 2 x reward were working for me 3 days ago. Randomly stopped working the past couple days. I assumed it was due to the app retiring.

I didn't know they answer to ticket submits.
I submitted a ticket asking for some missing GC's stamps and got no response.

I think nobody actually knows if they're going to stop giving the prizes.
They just told they're retiring the apps from the store but that you can play them if you have the app.

And I don't know how apple products work, but you can download almost any Android .apk without need of the store.

Regarding the prizes for Ghoul Catchers -- given the amount of time and/or USD it takes to get through all of the levels with the appropriate amount of stars, you may be better off buying them now (with cash) rather than earning them through the app. Unless you find the game fun, in which case playing it may make sense regardless.

It'll probably stop supporting the app though, which means if there's any bugs in the transfer from the app to your account, tnt won't be able to help :/
