Retiring: L&L and Ghoul Catchers

Hey! I did finish all the 120 levels but I did not receive neither the sign up prizes nor the las background/amulet!
What can I do? I really want that last amulet!

I did receive everything else, but always like 2 or 3 levels after the goal (amulet of level 20 receives at 23, 40 at 42 and so on...)

In my experience the sign up prizes were rewarded a week.
Others did not receive their rewards at all.

I'm not into stamp collecting that much so I skipped playing for the amulets.
I'm happy with the daily 50k.

When I played ghoul catchers this morning the video for 2 x reward would not play. I wonder if it is due to the app retiring?

From what I know the sign up prizes are bugged and have been bugged since a long time ago - nobody receives the 10,000nps and sign up prizes. App was opened up and details checked - the prizes don't get called for.

As for the last prize - if you notice, your prizes are given on different levels instead of the intended levels (eg getting prize on level 82 instead of 80). This means that the request that's being sent for the prize is being asked on 122 instead of 120. And since there's no level 122 = the prizes can't be gotten. You need to send in a ticket to TNT telling them you completed level 120 and what are the prizes that are missing - they will credit it into your account.

Videos for rewards/power-ups have not been working for a long time as far as I can recall, even before they announced the retirement.

The game is still on both apple and android app stores.. So I think they haven't retired it yet.

We should test it again when they're removed from the app stores.

For now, yeah I'm still getting the prizes and the neopoints from clearing levels.

As GC is also available via FB i'd think those prizes will remain available (and broken as they are as well of course)
I'm curious if crossover week will continue or not for L&L actually

Hopefully not the last because I still need the stamp.
