Experience and advice with buying RW or 4L pets?

There are lots of threads with advice on buying and securing UCs. But I have not seen many talking about RW or 4L pets. I want to get some converteds with cool names and don't plan to trade them. But even if I don't go on the PC, I feel like it's easy to get caught and reported because people can just look up the RW or 4L in the search bar? Any advice or experience to share?

Unfortunately the advice for 2/3/4-letter pets and common/desirable real word/real-name pets tends to run much the same as UC's. If it's nice, and might be stalked, then you need to take tremendous care. The seller you purchase from may have more specific advice, but things like not moving the pet for a good amount of time are always recommended.

I'd say spend even longer and use more caution moving RW/RN pets since those are much, much easier to stalk.
