Ok I'm thinking back and maybe I wasn't as innocent as I thought I was -- when I was a kid, my friend made my first neo account. I'd play at her house all the time, and obviously I knew her password bc I'd watch her log in. I ended up becoming a far more successful player than her, and I was actually really kind and let her use my lap map to zap her pets (YALL. HOW did I make enough np for the lab map in 2008!? I was 12 and it was totally legit!? Proud of myself for that one) BUT I ...borrowed some codestones and botted faeries out of her SDB. I think I may even still own the faerie PB she won from the fruit machine, but at that point she had stopped playing after she transferred schools. I was destined to end up here at cK upon my return!!

When I was about 11/12 I somehow fell for a "tell me your PW and I'll go into your account and give you millions of NP" type scam...twice. I didn't even have much but remember feeling so crushed having everything emptied out. Then I was silenced for harassment when I yelled at them over NM lmao.

Throughout my lifetime I've had hundreds of accounts. I get addicted to user names and pet storage, then find myself unable to part with anything.

also I do some multiple dailies. So sue me.

i just remembered setting my cousin up with neopets and subsequently stealing all her np, around 100k (i had her login info and i was terribly obsessed with neo). they questioned me about it but i feigned ignorance and she soon changed her password (which i realized after trying to log-in again ). 14 years later and i still feel kind of guilty for it lol

back in 2004, I was creating guilds, and pretty much turning it into a pyramid scheme which at some point i would "borrow" the guild till and shut it down after it was all done.

a few years ago i won a uc giveaway after promising to look after the pet and that it was an active account. well, life circumstances and i stopped playing like a month later. let the account rot for over a year. still kinda feel bad, idk if they ever checked back to see them abandoned.
