The artwork used to be so good. What made it was that poses weren't standardized. They should have never converted them or just converted all pets. Was a strange decision to randomize it like that. One option would have been to allow users to keep one pet per account UC.

Subeta was a close contender to having almost-neopetsy art but then they went away from simplistic cute stuff and into SUPER INSANE DETAILED territory and while its beautiful it doesn't quite have the same charm haha
