Lol I have dislocated mmy shoulder 4 times:

Once when I fell in a pothole and landed on my shoulder
The second was me putting a thumbtack in the wall
The third was running around a corner in walmart
The fourth was lifting something too heavy

    RIP my connecting tendons

it was icy outside and i told myself to be more careful/mindful going down the porch stairs. didn't take my own advice, slipped and hit my shin against the corner of the concrete step, and now have nerve damage in that spot.

While I was walking, I was paying attention to a guy dressing a suit and playing sax and then I hit a bench corner with my leg because I wasn't paying attention at my surroundings. It bleeded a lot and I have injury until today lol

In gym class I broke my nose when I hit my own knee against my nose during a somersault. Not everybody can do that.

Recently I was sitting, and I just never sit normally so my left food had gone to sleep to the point of being completely numb (unbeknownst to me) so that when I got up to shut my bedroom door because the vacuum was in use and I have sensory issues I stepped off the bed, went to take my next step and my ankle rolled and I wound up on the floor, I couldn't get up so I had to shout for help. My ankle ballooned in seconds and was in complete agony (I have a high pain tolerance generally). I'm pretty sure I sprained it pretty badly. I couldn't walk on it and I'm too clumsy to use just one crutch (which is all we had in the house) so I had to crawl around everywhere. It's been about a month now and it's still bruised in places and there's this one weird lump of swelling that won't go down. I probably could've done with getting it medical attention, but there's a virus so my doctors aren't seeing pretty much anyone and also my doctors are terrible and give me so much anxiety and rage.

One time I yawned funny and strained my tongue, I couldn't talk without being in pain for two days xD

My first ever job was in a bakery, which is just completely not ideal for someone with a naturally reversed circadian rhythm, I would go to bed early and still be shattered. Part of my job was making sandwiches and on more than one ocassion I cut into a finger because I was literally falling asleep standing at my station.

Had a near-miss with a dremel tool last week trying to make a small hole in something without having a clamp or proper protective gloves, the tip caught on my rubber glove and ripped the finger of it right off, I nearly had a heart attack, luckily it didn't actually hit my finger, lesson learned, no dremel until I have a clamp.

I also had a concussion last year from going to bed. I have terrible spacial awareness and depth perception so I went to lay back on my pillow and rammed the back of my head full force into the wall at the top of my bed, my vision clonked out for a sec from the impact. I went to bed and didn't realise until the next day I was concussed, oops.

I'm very injury prone, especially for someone who is afraid to leave their house most of the time xD

This happened to my sister but with her leg and a metal chain. Not fun times. He was an overexcited Husky and she was just a kid.

Anyway, a few years ago, I screwed up my knee pretty badly.
Thought it would be fun and whimsical to jump in the snowbank on my front porch... but the snow was fresh powder and not compact enough to support my derpy, drunk-ass body.
I dove in on my knees like a dumbass and instantly felt a searing pain when I fell straight through. Turns out there was a plastic container hiding underneath the snow, and I managed to open up my knee down to the fucking tendon when I landed directly on it. I didn't even realize I was injured that badly until I limped inside and my little brother noticed blood all over my pants. It was gnarly shit. My dad had to drive me to the ER during a snowstorm. Ended up needing sixteen stitches, and my knee has never been the same since. Pretty sure I damaged my ACL irreparably.
Felt pretty dumb afterwards, not gonna lie. Could barely move the next day.
