when i'm not reading reverse harem novels i'm up to my eyeballs in reading fanfic on tumblr, ao3, twitter, and wattpad. i dabble in three fandoms: Devil May Cry 5, Detroit: Become Human, and Marvel (MCU) right now, mostly. sometimes i'll dabble in Venom, Doctor Who, and Twilight (JasperxBella OTP lol).
I've got a few fanfics embedded into my brainstem probably. I'll read a few fics for a universe I get really into, but not as much as I used to when I was in my teen years.
Two of my absolute favorite fanfics are 1) a Man from Uncle ballet AU fic (odd, but so so good, I'm a sucker for Cold War relations in media, now add some cultural flair!) and 2) a Be More Chill fanfic that just expands on the canon in a very impressive way that both explains the motivations behind character choices in the musical and gives you a before-during-after perspective of activity going on to the side of the main events + provides a wonderful sequel (a separate fic) where the very real consequences of character's unhealthy relationships with each other/the events of the musical are explored.
I really just like anything that deepens how you understand a character
