This one worked for me and I got my 4 avatars!
It says that I didn't install the shockwave when it is, in fact, installed

    It says that on Safari?

    Send me a screenshot.

For mine it doesn't say anything but it automatically works.

    Please try this:

Go to a browser that runs Neo fine, click on the game so the window that says Shockwave is not supported pops up:

(you need an account to see links)

This one is for Hannah and the Pirate Caves, now copy the link from that window and paste it onto IE11

(you need an account to see links)

And it should work fine. Works for every Shockwave game as of now, hopefully this helps.

*Keep in mind you might need to refresh the page a few times

Kinda unrelated, but I cannot get Neo to run in IE 11. But then you got me thinking. Just paste 3DVIA game urls into an IE tab... and wow, it worked! Now I can finally play Shenkuu River Rush!

While not logged in, Neo pages load perfect in IE. But when I login, pages load partially and then freeze up completely. It's really weird. But this kinda sorta fixes the problem! Thanks!

Thank you for the guide but sadly it doesn't work for me due to Data Execution Prevention.

Have you tried using a virtual machine with an older OS?

I've been trying out the VM approach today and it works like a dream. Absolutely no glitches or lag; they work just as well as they did in 2006. Would there be interest in yet another guide?

Thanks for reminding me to check that one. It took a few attempts to get it load but smooth sailing after that. I've so far also tried HATPC, HATIC, Attack of the Slorgs, and Gourmet Club Bowls, all have gone from minimally functional to perfect. I can even navigate the Games Room with these settings!
