You have to reach out to the Neopets team to find out why your account was frozen. The freeze reason page has been busted for a while now.
Before, you could just log in and it would tell you.
Now, it appears my account is frozen but i don't know why.
When i log into neopets it gives an "Access denied" error. Any idea how to determine why i was actually frozen?
