TNT doesn't really monitor anything themselves.
They wait for people to report.
I believe they have systems that flag you for things, but it hasn't done much.
Just don't go public about stuff.
The Following User Says Thank You to motherfucker For This Useful Post:
Short answer: no...you'll be fine moving UCs to your account, you won't get frozen right away.
Long answer: TNT doesn't have the manpower anymore to proactively go after people.
Instead, they rely on user reports, and usually act on a freeze first, ask questions later method.
In addition, they also conduct large sweeps of blacklisting commercial proxy/VPN addresses as a blanket solution to freeze cheating activity, even if it gets a few legit players caught as collateral; in this case, their responsive ticket system will manually filter out and return accounts to those people.
This IP address sweep is largely not understood at the moment, so I'm afraid I can't answer more questions about how that's done (to avoid spreading misinformation).
I would say yes. However I mostly play when I'm working (I get to work from home) and our work computer has a VPN on it so I am always using a VPN. I personally think that people think TNT is too busy to notice stuff, and it's not true. I've purchased some accounts before and one day a bunch of them were frozen. So yes that could have been the VPN thing, but I also had accounts where I was moving items to and from, probably like 20 items, and that alarmed them and they froze those accounts too. So I just recommend neomailing between both accounts to make it look like there are two people interacting. But I don't think you'll be in any danger.
