Anybody got any good low carb recipes?

I did low carb last year and felt great doing it. Fell off track because of vacations, then summer, then holidays - typical. Looking to get back on track with it but also looking at trying a few different things. Wanted to see if anybody else had any tasty things they liked making.

Right now I do a lot of roasts, chicken, cauliflower mac n cheese.

Going to be making some cheesesteak tossed in green peppers, Korean BBQ with cauliflower rice, fiesta lime chicken chowder, a few other things.

Hit me up if you have some ideas you love!

I snack a lot, and recently have been really into potato chips. Obviously that's not the most healthy, so I've started replacing it with raw green bell peppers! I use them for hummus, ranch dip, etc. A good crunch and a nice fresh feeling. Can't go wrong!

Protein mug cakes are GREAT to curb your sweet tooth. I do 1 scoop of ON chocolate whey, 1/4 cup almond milk, dash of sugar free pudding mix, dash of baking soda and a few chocolate chips, optional. That's it! Pop it in the microwave for 30sec and you're golden. If you don't like chocolate, they make whey in SO many flavors.

I do a traditional bulking/cutting season and cutting can get rough.

I eat so many eggs. Not sure if you're talking about any meal, or just dinner, but an omelette with boursin, turkey, arugula, and hot sauce is my go to whenever i have time.

Any meal works - and I usually do something similar. Turkey sausage, diced cherry tomatoes, spinach and some cayenne pepper is my go to. Pretty easy and tasty. The only issue is that it’s so easy, living in the city, to walk outside and grab something. Especially when you get those texts from people asking what ya doing tonight haha

Ill have to give that a try sometime. I am actually one of those weird people who doesn’t really like chocolate. I usually go vanilla or peanut butter flavor routes with whey.

Haha yeah potato chips are definitely the opposite of what I want, although they are delicious. I am a big fan of hummus too. Usually I’ll grill up a mix of peppers and have them with a spicy bratwurst or something like that. I found a recipe that takes the insides of a Philly cheesesteak and stuffs it in a green pepper. Definitely going to try that one out

I like grilled salmon with riced cauliflower. Get a bit of lemon.

Quinoa(has more protein than rice) with shrimps and coconut milk(low calories also compared to whipped cream). You can also add some brie cheese and some curry powder while you prepare the shrimps with the coconut milk. Let me know if you need more details for this recipe!!
