Fashion Inspiration for Neopets Clothes?

I saw this Georges Hobeika SS18 dress yesterday and immediately knew I had seen it before, which got me thinking: Have you noticed neopets taking inspiration from anywhere in particular for their clothes?

I think I've only noticed themed ones; for instance, the Mousy Pirate Ears, or the Whimsical Governess Dress! (And those are pretty hard to miss... lol)

i guess the scrunchie wig that's in the mall now could be ariana grande inspired, but i'd pay big bucks for that massive grey tulle dress she wore that's become so iconic recently

Thank you! I've always really liked that princess gown, so it's really nice to know where TNT got their inspiration for it. And I never thought about the Governess Dress, but you're right!

It sounds silly but I wish they'd have more anime-inspired stuff! Yu-Gi-Oh hair? They've already got the cards!




They might face licensing issues but I feel like it's more the STYLE, ya know, not the actual colors or w/e
