What is the best thing about Neopets for you?

I also love the customization and the huge nostalgia factor, loved this site as a kid and it's still cute and fun.

Honestly, I love Neopets soo much.. been with them for almost 20 years now. However I left for awhile (to raise a little family), but what brought me back to Neopets is clraik here. So as corny as it sounds, the BEST part of Neopets now for me is having a place like clraik to come to for all my wishes and dreams that I was never able to achieve before. Not to mention, I like my friends here WAYYYY better than my neofriends.

I enjoy the collection element of Neopets, as well as customisation. I always enjoyed the fact that you could make things your own, like edit your lookup, petpages, pet descriptions, etc. Everyone's journey is different even if you have the same goals, like avatar collecting or whatever.

Honestly avatars are what have always kept me around Neopets. The first thing I check when I return from a break is if there are any new avvie releases. I'm getting more into the Battledome too and gambling my money away hoping I'll get lucky on Nerkmids and Trick-or-Treat bags just because I can xD

These days the best things are dailies and my pets haha. Had more free time recently but usually I just used to log on to check on my pets. Basically all of my NFs have quit or their accounts are frozen. I don't even remember how I found out about Neo tbh, I think it was through one of my old RL friends.

Honestly it's the comforting feeling it has for me now. I've loved this site over the years, and it's just something that feels familiar to me!

The drama keeps me coming back but really it has been pet trading. I think I got so addicted because of that feeling I get from sniping a good trade or just making a trade for a pet I want. I get so excited I shake waiting for a user to accept.
