ooh, i was wondering if that could be the case! i guess this is one way to find those "lost" items, but you do have to have clutter boxes to see them

Are there any guides for what NC items to donate? I used to do any of the gambling NC things (caps, games, whatever) so I have thousands of items and very little sense of what's worth it.

[edit] and by 'it' i guess i mean nothing because i want to delete it

Apparently the Tier 1 and Tier 3 Mystery Capsules have had their values mis-applied...
People are comparing drops on the site events board and reporting above r90 from the Tier 3 boxes (albeit rarely), and mainly low rarity from the Tier 1.

opened a BUNCH of tier 3 boxes and got r99's at a ~1:33 rate, just anecdotal tho

does this mean 1 r99 out of every 34 boxes? if so that is not bad
