What are the biggest mistakes you've made on Neopets?

Hi ,

I was just wondering, What were the biggest mistakes you made while playing Neopets? For me, I lost a total amount of about 300K Noepoints at the (you need an account to see links), cause I didn't know anything about this game and that it was actually taking from your neopints, (I know, that was a really stupid mistake ).

Other than that, I always end up spending tons of Neopoints on useless things and I also keep buying the Employment Agency jobs items in advance, before I accept the job and when I try to accept the job I find that it was taken.

I auctioned a 2m item for 200k (forgot a zero) and then I accepted 40k on TP for a 400k item. I even sent a ticket complaining about that, and TNT basically said "well that's your fucking mistake" lol. That's my villain origin story xD

I put a stamp worth 120mil at the time into my album instead of into the auctions. I still feel the pain like it happened yesterday. I will never let that pain go.

Back when I was young and just fucking retarded apparently I made the same mistake almost every month where instead of ticking the amount in the 'remove box' in my shop stock I typed a "1" in my price tab

I forgot to log out at the library when I was 11 and I cried so hard when someone stole my dubloons when I came back next week they thought I was a lost child.

The first year after the site theme came out, the prices of Mysterious Valentines Day Cards skyrocketed through the year to about 500k a piece because I guess everybody thought they were retired. I started liquidating assets mid January to buy as many as I could to sell closer to the holiday, only for them to start stocking again and the price to tank.

WOW, 120mil stamp!!! I'm speechless, like I literary got lightheaded only from the idea, my 300K is nothing compared to that.

I also see that you guys lost millions from those mistakes, and back then, young me thought it was the end of the earth.

I would say I traded away all my UC's for draiks because I was so desperate for a draik then, I guessI was also tired of some of their characters but now that I think about it I really do miss some of the UCS I use to have!! I use to have Aetirna UC fae pteri, Rikkato UC fae kau, Tosea UC RG mynci - really regret trading her but I have a hard time ofthinking of designs/characters for anthro looking pets, also SUPER regret trading K00sh UC tyrannian krawk. I created him back in the day before UCs were a thing then I just got sick of the drawing/character idea I had for him, got bored and traded him. I am alittle relieved hes iced now because I won't feel jealous that someone else owns him and being active with him lol Also use to have Kaiba__sama UC grey mynci, Cadotin UC grey uni, Zodiac_milkyway UC grey grundo -- its so weird i remember all these names still?? i traded them years ago lol
