I stopped playing Neo at around 11 and played again after university graduation...so 10+ years lol
luckily i could find my old account but I have opened a new one
Wow I can't even stay away for 5 years HAHA always end up coming back every few years when I get some downtime. I think the longest I've gone is 2.5-3 years
I've come back after about being away for 4 years. Quarantine has brought many people back.. I do miss all the activity on the neoboards though. Could hardly keep your post on the first page.
I play neo here and there, its frustrating to come to nothing really making any progress on the site.
Battledome still has issues, all the more and exciting things to do rarely happen.
My very first account was from 2004 when I was like 12, and I played Neo religiously for like 2 years then quit until I somehow ended up there again at the end of 2018 (so aproximately a 12 years hiatus). Wasn't playing much (if at all) in 2019 but here we are again, the quarantine helped for sure
I miss active guilds and the bigger community. Bilge Dice and the Random Contests too. I'm hoping one day TNT will bring those back along with the Almost Abandoned Attic but I highly doubt it
This is a little one but I miss the old image size of pets. I LOVED coming up with unique & fitting pet/petpet matches, and seeing them beside each other at the time was a lot more satisfying. Also the pre-conversation art in general, I miss looking forward to seeing how newly released pets would be posed. They’re even skimping on petpets now - why are all the royal petpets in their original poses
I got back into Neo I think in 2012 or something after not playing for a long period of time. I got addicted to the Altador Cup that year, playing religiously everyday up to the All-Star Rank. I was already in the cheating scene back then, but I loved to play legit as well.
May the RP boards rest forever in Peace. Those were good times when I'd get Warned for too much spicy M// RP.
I miss how full that board was, it's how I started RPing and I'll remember the good times forever.
