1. Lose weight. Ive lost 30 and wanna lose 40 more to hit my lifetime dream weight. Its especially for my health. Had a health scare last year.
2. Career switch.
3. Finally make a friend in this city that I moved to 1.5 years ago
1. Get a job. Please, get a job.
2. I'm also in the meet-people-in-the-city-I've-lived-in-over-a-year boat.
3. Have a current knee thing be a non-issue so I can start running again and stop getting chubbs.
1. Get on a better sleep schedule.
2. Get on a better work schedule (I work from home).
3. Eat meat more sparingly.
4. Participate in more physical activities with friends.
1. Get to bed before midnight. <--hard cuz I take naps
2. Stop taking naps<--hard because of how draining my work schedule is
3. Stop drinking coffee<---hard because I get so little sleep
4. Enjoy life<--hard because I'm grinding and working to save up only to realize my health is suffering
5. <--I try to do more
I want to get a job that's more centered in my field (currently in Healthcare, looking to shift back to Engineering), and I want to be more consistent in going to the doctor and caring for myself!
1. Cook more and eat more, I like being heavy. I'm built like a small short Asian woman (im 1/4 so prob genes) but I feel powerful and not so much a push over when I have a bit of weight backing me. + confidence
2. Treat myself more. Neopets is my only indulgence atm, the rest of my time/money is spent taking care of others.
3. Be more forgiving. To myself and others. I work from home and take care of my 14yo sister and newborn baby alone. I have no family here to lean on and they were toxic so its for the best. Its why my sister came to live with me. But im questioning if im even doing a good job. Although shes doing better than with them, shes still embracing that energy and runs towards trouble. I need to be more patient and understand change wont happen overnight (its been 6 months)
4. idk if this is contradicting but be more firm! Everyone is constantly running over me or pushing me to the edge because im too nice. I just wish I knew balance.
5. Meditate more often. Get out of my head. Read more. Give thanks more.
FOR THE WORLD:
1. Be good. Follow a simple rule - treat others how you want to be treated and let hate go. Hurtful people find their own way to pain, don't let them turn you into a creature of vengeance. Focus on you. If peace is what you practice, often peace will find you. Withstand the test.
2. Waste less. Be mindful of your footprint. Plant more.
