Hi, I think I was sold an UC that came from an active or semi-active account; I don't want a refund, I just want to get into contact with the seller as quickly as possible to try and resolve things/return the pet to the account it came from - would anyone be able to help?

I did, but they seem to disappear for extended periods of time - which is understandable as real life gets in the way; I'm not sure what else to do.
If this transaction took place in our forum, then you should (you need an account to see links) with the user you bought the pet from. This will give our staff a chance to intervene on your behalf and potentially steer your situation towards a conclusion.
