Proxy help? (Tor and Firefox)

I'm trying to set up a proxy and a guide said that because Tor was slow, I should copy the proxy onto firefox and use it from there. However, I don't know what the port number is for these proxies. How do I find it?

You should avoid free proxies if at all possible. The Neopets team has been chain freezing publicly available lists of IP addresses such as the ones provided by free proxy services. There are also issues with players using free proxies to cheat poorly, resulting in innocent players being frozen by association. Expect to pay a little bit for peace of mind nowadays.

Please don't ever use a free proxy on an account you value for all the reasons Bat listed above.

$10/month will get you 10 private proxies that no one else uses. If you have no use for that many, consider pooling with a friend or another CK member and splitting it a few ways and dividing the proxies up with one person paying the provider and the others repaying them.

I don't have any doubt you could find someone to go in with you on sharing something like this.
