Both of these mobile games will be removed from the Google Play and iOS app stores by the end of the day on July 22 (midnight). However, if you have the apps downloaded on your device you will be able to continue playing until December 31, 2020! As a special thank you, we will be sending out exclusive Ghoul Catchers and Legends & Letters themed items to your Neopets.com account in the future. So keep an eye on your inbox!

When they first announced this a couple of months ago I downloaded L&L and played one crossover week and got all of the trophies/avi. So I'm glad I did that in time....
From the mail I gout about L&L looks like there's no more crossover weeks after the 22nd:

Q: Will there still be monthly events?
A: Legends & Letters will no longer be holding monthly events for the Crossover Challenge, and you will no longer be able to receive rewards from the game on Neopets.com. However, the weekly events in-game will still be running.

A: On July 22, all in-game purchases will be obtainable for free, allowing you to progress through the game freely.

I'm really hoping the "special themed items" are the in-game rewards. It would be pretty messed up, especially L&L since they're no-trade, to have album items forever unlockable for the majority. That tablet is super OP in the BD, but there's not much to the BD anymore.

You might be able to install it if you change the country of your Google play store? I've heard of people doing that to get past this for other apps in the past I'm just unsure myself how to go about it.

Supposedly some people are planning to archieve the apps on unofficial app stores. So if you miss the deadline you still might have hope.

I'm sure I've seen it somewhere around Clraik, but how do you install L&L if it's not available for your country?

Have you tried using a VPN to 'change' your country to one where you can download it to your phone?

Well, the app is not loading for me (figures) so I won't know if things are free yet.
