They detail a few of their plans for the mobile beta site (new content updates every two weeks!) and talk a bit about the jewelry!

Seems they're focusing on the Inventory and "some Premium features" for the next update (catch the updated Trudy's Surprise screenie, too!), along with Dark Caves, Soup Kitchen and Governor's Mansion!

I like that they’re trying to update, but if they’re not providing new content to the site or changing the existing significantly, then what’s the point? It’s a basic page update.

Also it’s been a month. They’ve updated 4 things.

I believe it's mostly to promote the jewelry and give us a concrete idea of where they're heading next, in the interest of transparency!

Plagiarizing art for tacky jewelry, then coming up with excuses when they get caught has taken up most of their schedule since their last update. Please bear with them while they fumble through menial revisions to a botched web layout that only looks passable on smalls screens! They'll be back to freezing you because your account looks suspicious to someone in the pound chat soon enough!

The jewelry thing is so embarrassing. Just! Don’t! Steal! Art! A shoutout isn’t compensation for creating the design that was turned into expensive merch.

Also does the syllabic stress of ‘neOpians’ weird anyone else out? In my head it’s always been ‘NEoPIans’

It would have been better if they created some hype by creating new plot event or equivalent, just foreshadow some upcoming events maybe?

Other than that, there is not a lot to be excited about in the video.

I imagine 99% of their efforts are just scrambling to get everything converted to HTML5, so I'm pretty surprised they're able to do anything else.

I've never gone to CC or done anything even remotely Neopets related IRL, so to actually watch someone talk about Neopets gave me a vaguely disorientated out of body experience.

Like, it sort of gave me feelings, but it was also very strange.

This, so much. I would love to peek behind the curtain and find out how they're organised. Wouldn't surprise me if there's just one lone programmer stuffed up the back, sipping Monster and miserably browsing Stack Overflow.
