Problem with a mouse/keyboard, help needed

I was wondering if you could help me. I have a recurring problem with my mouse and keyboard for a while now. They stop working for a few seconds very often. I tried unplugging them and re plugging them in other USB ports, rebooting the PC... It dosen't seems to work. I tried the find their pilot online but I couldn't find them. Both peripheral are AlienwareN231.

Try updating your computer BIOS driver.

Thank you! I had completely forgotten to check if my BIOS was up to date. Turn out it wasn't. I updated it. I am going to check in the next few days if the problem come back, but I can already see a big improvement.
