Personally, I quite enjoy some of the Korean police/political dramas. Voice, Rugal, Stranger, Signal, Tunnel. Don't understand any Korean but their culture is so interesting.

I just caught up with Steven Universe, some of episodes are in the wrong order and they're missing the last ones and didn't have future or the movie so I had to track those down myself.
I also recently finished of The Dragon Prince, and Dead to Me. This weekend my Fiance and I watched Umbrella Academy, and at the moment I'm watching Avatar the Last Airbender.
