Just a quick FYI - vbulletin passwords are salted MD5 so the chances of somebody getting your actual password are slim to none. It could take years for them to crack ONE hash. Nobody really needs to worry about anything. So I guess if they wanted to dedicate that much time to trying to get into an account, then that's on them. But by then, passwords will have been changed plenty of times.
This is why you don't use the same password across multiple places though. Best practice right there.
