As someone who has a guilty pleasure for dating sims, this upcoming KFC dating sim looks amazing fun. Good on KFC for making something so tongue in cheek. Great marketing strategy.

    that reminds me

i pissed my boyfriend off the first time we met up, he wanted to leave me and go home but i said no i really want some chicken please let’s go get kfc instead. we went to the most extra colonel sanders-filled kfc. while we were in line waiting he finally looked over at me, looked at sanders’ huge face on the wall, back at me, pointed at sanders quickly and angrily, and went back to ignoring me. we got our chicken in silence and 30 mins later i was like “why did you angrily point at the colonel? they could’ve kicked you out” and he was like “i just wanted to let you know”. colonel sanders broke the ice and saved our relationship. thank u,colonel.

So I played it, and was a bit let down. It wasn't as much a dating simulator as I'd like (you know, where you can choose what to do each day, increase your skills etc). It's more like a visual novel where you choices determine whether or not you end up with the Colonel. Still, a bit of fun and my hat goes off to KFC for thinking outside the box with their marketing.
