I smoked cigarettes with friends when I was in high school, I stopped cigarettes completely at age 20 when I switched to weed and weed oil vape pens. I found the switch to help me with anxiety significantly.
The only reason why I don't smoke is bc I couldn't afford the addiction.
I don't mind people smoking near me, my ex-boyfriend was a chain smoker and I grew quite fond of the smell in our clothes.
I have very very bad asthma have since I was a baby, I dont care if someone elses smokes just cant in front of me. Few times I've been in public and someone smoking runs across me I end up very very sick.
On my 18th birthday my cousin said, "HEY LETS GO GET A PACK OF MARLBORO". I never stopped after that. I eventually switched to menthol, they said if you smoke one after you smoke weed you'd get higher. My cigarettes are damn near 10 dollars a pack here in Ohio! I also smoke Hydes and have them handy for if I ever run out of cigarettes. I like the "ice" kinds

I used to, but I'm finally on my way to quit smoking! I'm trying my best. It's been almost 3 weeks since I started, and I only smoked 3 cigarettes during that time.
I switched to vaping, and that really helps a lot. The flavors are way better. It's also a bit more expensive, but it's worth it.
I've been smoking about 8 or 9 years now. Used to smoke the real ones, but at near 15 quid a packet where I am I had to switch to rolling. I usually smoke about 20 odd per day.
I've thought about stopping, but every time I see anti-smoking advertisements it just makes me want to smoke more lmao... sometimes it feels like they're trying to take the choice from us.
Just weed maybe once every couple months lol never smoked cigarettes because my mom smoked and it grossed me tf out and gave me headaches. Everything I owned smelled horrible and now she has aged poorly. She drinks too much too so never been much of a drinker either.
Good luck to all who are trying to quit and congrats to those who have managed to!!
My dad was a heavy smoker for years (more than a pack a day), but he was able to stop 15 years ago after my infinite nagging and it was honestly the best thing he's ever done for himself. It wasn't easy but he's so much happier and healthier nowadays. Because I grew up around him, I promised myself I'd never smoke - I broke that promise a few times when I was drunk lol but the last time I touched a cigarette was 10 years ago. I do smoke weed very occasionally (wish I could vape instead but it isn't as easily availabe in my country)
My asthma is bad, so smoking was never an option for me. My brother used to smoke though (started mid-teens) and quit in his 20s. I think he used the nicotine patches and nicotine gum.
