hmm I am getting an error message when I try to load the program. I removed the old program, downloaded from the update link, and extracted everything to a new folder on my desktop. When I try to open the program, I get an error sound and this message: "Failed to load control 'RipperWrapper' from . Your version of may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application." Where did I go wrong?

I think you need to install the vb runtime library files. Check the stickied topic in the troubleshooting section on that.

Yep, I was reading and I did everything you said, already on PetSniper Folder

Perhaps a restart is required after installing the library files.

Wen I use search by stats the program crashes (error 424 - object not found) every time I try it. When I try normal snipe with species:colour it works perfectly. Any idea what can I do to fix it or any plans to fix this? Thank you
