This is definitely one of my favorites!

I got my minecraft account back recently and even though I've only played a few minutes here and there, I forgot how nice the soundtrack was!
This soundtrack is what got me really into indie games. I discovered it when looking for study music, and ended up playing the game a little while later and absolutely loving it.
Do you play it much? I used to be really into the glitching community on TGC forums, but don't find as much time for it these days.

As well as Journey posted above by magicalretriever, I'm also a huge fan of the following:
The Last of Us
Bastion
Nier Automata and FFXIV have some of the BEST OST'd out there imo.. Iv'e been listening to niers soundtrack alot lately its so emotional
Kingdom Hearts soundtrack
Always loved FF Music for sure, also Kingdom hearts. Esp
Zelda for sure... Esp. (you need an account to see links)
I love Diddy Kong Racing's soundtrack, so fun and upbeat! And who doesn't love the unplayable CD they made of it?
Also really enjoy the Animal Crossing soundtracks particularly Wild World and New Leaf, the late night music is so relaxing. I have the Chrome extension that plays AC music, I love it!
Gotta give a shoutout to the Harvest Moon DS soundtrack as well, gets stuck in my head easily (not that I mind)!
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped
As kids, my sister and I used to walk around dancing/singing it.

Silent Hill 2! Such good games, and the music made them all the better. It added so much depth to the creepiness of it all.

The entire soundtracks for Life is Strange 1 and 2, without a doubt. The perfect mix of teen angst with some upbeat indie songs mixed in. LiS2 in particular is my go to for when I'm walking through the woods.
Also a big fan of pretty much any Persona OST
