For me, Persona 5 and NieR: Automata both have the best OSTs I've heard so far. The audio fits the game aesthetics and gameplay so perfectly it's even hard to describe
Anyway, have my fave NieR: Automata song:

Oh man so much memories:
And a very classic:
I absolutely love the Bloodborne soundtrack, and this is one of my favorites. I also love "Blood Starved Beast."
i love the Persona 5 soundtrack but my current favorite game OST is Detroit: Become Human!
this is my favorite piano piece, and when i heard it in this game i about lost my mind lmao.
Rabi-Ribi. A mix of innocence, epic and tension in each soundtrack! This is my favorite soundtrack ever!

We also have Neptunia OST. 5PB really did an awesome job on it! Most of soundtracks of every game of Neptunia are electronic. This is my favorite OST of Neptunia and it's so epic, because you'll be fighting giants while play it! I think the Neptunia game with most awesome soundtracks is Megadimension Neptunia VII. Also, it was my first game of Neptunia series!

Now we have Skullgirls. Skullgirls is a fight-game like Mortal Kombat, KOF and etc! But it's 2D! This game has the most insane soundtracks ever! It even make me love jazz. Michiru Yamane is brilliant!

And I've a great old game that also have great soundtracks. Bully. Every single soundtrack is amazing. And the most amazing thing in this game is that every clique and mission has it own soundtrack! This is my favorite one.
Skyrim soundtrack is amazing!
Banjo Kazooie Click Clock Woods/Freezeezy Peak, Zelda Sheik's Theme/Kokiri Forest/Outset Island, a few songs in Chrono Trigger.
There's so many that it's hard to choose one lol.
The Kingdom Hearts soundtrack from the original game was great. The song choices really made the cutscenes so much stronger. Square Enix just does amazing things with soundtracks.
Also, honorable mention to
I can still whistle virtually all the game music for Gen 1/Gen 2 Pokemon Games
EDIT: Listening to the songs posted already from FFX I was surprised that this wasn't posted yet. Really great song choice that created a really epic opening feel in the game. It sounds a bit weird when you're not watching the cinematic though.
