Starting tomorrow at 1PM California Time you can hatch Party Hat Pichu from 7k (friendship) Eggs
And chance of encountering a Party Hat Pikachu from Photobombing.

They are releasing all Alolan Forms:
To include Rattata, Sandshrew, Vulpix, Geodude, Grimer, Diglete, Meowth and Eggsacutor
AND
Shiny Raikou coming to raids June 29th
