How can I serf internet without tracking on me?

I'm not sure if this is a troll or genuine. If not a troll, my first question would be what are you worried about? Is there something in particular that you do online that you have concern regarding (e.g., internet banking)? Your ISP tracks your usage; you'd need to read more about your specific one to learn more about this.

Use Firefox Web browser with uBlock Origin adblocker addon installed.

Your surfing is more private this way... But you're always being tracked in one way or another.

This highly depends on what exactly you're worried about being tracked, and by whom. Helicopter parents? VPN + incognito/private session mode will be sufficient.
