[Script Request] Expand Spoilers

I would like a script that looks at the page, finds spoilers, and auto expands them. If nested spoilers exist I guess it's not that big of a deal, maybe a nested spoiler actually has sensitive material that shouldn't be shared if that functionality is too tough to code in, but unless it's in Neo Chat or very specific, the amount of spoilers is pointless and I'm tired of clicking it all. Please help javascript gods and save me from the tedium of clicking multiple times per page just to watch 2-3 people say gee wiz neo is scary.

I wasn't able to find a nested spoiler example to test with, but here's a script that automatically shows the contents of any spoilers it finds on page.
