... that Tony P is doing what he's doing? Singlehandedly disrupting the site's community, pushing away hundreds of valuable players, causing widespread unhappiness among enough consumers to actually decrease site traffic and reduce the company's income?
I have seen enough complaints all over the web (onsite, social media, Facebook, Twitter, reddit, etc.) to believe that he is regularly breaking employee protocol. His behavior (especially as of late) is verging on abusive towards site players and the way he addresses people is disturbingly antagonistic. He is inappropriate and unprofessional, and just absolutely horrible at performing his job duties.
I think if JumpStart or whoever his employers are found out about his actions, and saw how many players he's turned away from the site, they would probably fire him and hire someone else.
