I live in an Orthodox country so this Sunday is Palm Sunday and I have more than a week till Easter Palm Sunday is the day when all people who are named after flowers, celebrate (name days here are almost as important as birthdays). My mum's name is Margarita and this is a flower so we'll celebrate. Then for Easter I guess I'll colour some eggs and I'll try make brioches. Wish me luck Our traditional Easter bread is similar to brioche but harder to get right so I went to a cooking class for French brioches and I do hope I'll manage to get a decent result. Most probably won't, though
My family has kinda lost their holiday celebration spirit Hopefully when I have kids of my own, that'll bring some of the magic/excitement for holidays back
