I actually don't know, it usually depends on how extensive is the political-compass-test I'm taking... but I usually find myself disagreeing w/ people on what is and isn't a "basic right" and what can and can't be considered "freedom".

I mostly side with the liberals and I still can't fathom how americans thought electing Trump was a good idea. I disagree with most conservative views, especially since they tend to put the "economy" before the environment. That said, everything regarding politics and economics bores me to death after five seconds.

I think it's fairly easy to tell who is actually affected by politics & where they lean due to it, vs those who have the option to "opt-out" or be bored by it...

as far as america goes, the only thing that can save us is a complete collapse of government. just something all new. we're too far in the hole to get out

and quite honestly, im not sure why anyone is still upholding the constitution written by a bunch of old white dudes almost 300 years ago.

like, look at the gun shooting in NZ a few weeks ago. they're already working on banning guns after one shooting.but america wont take the step to remove guns. i guess its the governments way of population control.

as far as my political view, i dont freaking know. we always voted for blue for prez but im getting to be a salty ass old lady now.(i guess i lean more to the right), and i dont think it really matters. world is going to shit anyways

Tbh owning guns in 'murica is a constitutional right and messing which that is just too much of a pain in the ass for everyone, and in NZ they're only banning military-style guns which I very much agree because you don't need assault rifles and semi-automatic stuff for anything if you're a normal citizen

You "lean right" yet you don't like the Constitution, want guns banned, always vote Democrat and call for a total collapse of government?

I always was conservative. Coming from military and gun-owning home. I still own my gun but I don't believe it's a constitutional right anymore. Guns weren't what they are now, back when it was written. And when it was written, it was to take up arms against the government, not fellow citizens.
I think now I'm more center-left. A lot of my friends are left-leaning and since I've stopped making exclusively white, straight friends, my eyes have been opened.

What? You can be affected by it but still find it boring. I keep myself informed because my job is directly connected to politics unfortunately but I do it because I have too, certainly not because it's interesting.
