The answer about the traced art is so nonsensical. For the love of god pleaseeeeee PROOFREAD! (An aside, the entry they're discussing was so blatant, it really showed that the staff accepting AG pieces dont recognize iconic neopets imagery, which was pretty funny. It was immediately obvious. )

The new guy seems really excited and well spoken. Hopefully he can get some stuff done! Hes living my dream rn.

Also- didnt they JUST update the Neggfest rules to say you cant trade your NC neggs?....can TNT communicate please
Edit: went and looked, looks like more confusing wording. You cant trade for the neggs because you can get one for free, but you can give it to other players?

Wow so much in one statement. Welcome back! What do you mean we are superheroes still...haha jk. We are doing well considering everything you know. It is hard for everyone, our home wifis are no where as good as the office so that's a struggle for sure. Yes there is a huge spike in activity which is amazing! Yeah, they get tetchy about free NC stuff. Usually the free NC Mall Birthday items from goodie bags are no trade items.

God I'm just trying to imagine what would happen if I sent shit out for my job with typos like that. Like this is your work, it's what you're paid to do, can you m a y b e proofread?

..though that said I did take over for someone with a similar lack of attention to detail so I know what happens when things go out with that many errors - the entire staff is mad and the customers are confused and think you're sloppy lol

So this is a late comment because I haven't seen the new NT yet. But I was looking at the last one yesterday and wondered why on earth they used the same question twice, instead of including a different question! I'm guessing they just got fed up of writing answers and figured it's easier to write "as answered above"..... How pointless!

For real though. The jkjk stuff makes it seem like they're communicating to a close friend too. For someone who's supposed to be a staff member it just seems a tad unprofessional imo :/
