(Retro) I can't remember this game's name!

I saw a gameplay about this one long time ago, and now I can't remember the game's name.
It it a Retro Game (I could say around 1993). It had voices and text, it is a Graphic Adventure.

I remember that... it was about a guy that could barely remember things, and everything was so weird... His mother was baking something, but the contest will be in some weeks, and there was an inverse newspaper delivery boy who took the newspapers instead.
Also, if I'm not wrong, this guy was about to marry a girl, who can't rememver things neither, and she was being spyed by his "dad".
