What type of videos do you watch on YouTube?

Makeup videos, toy videos, anime videos (including anime figures), music (lol nightcore too), videos about politics, news videos, creepy videos, art videos, videos about mobages I play, haul videos, I'm probably forgetting something but honestly I watch a bit of everything

Otherwise I generally watch a lot of League vids.

I watch Kenny Vs. Spenny, music videos, game reviews, sometimes old movies, and lots of funny parody videos.

I usually use Youtube as an extra Twitch Vod archive, and just binge on several hour vods of a few of my favorite streamers while doing other things. Most of them have soothing voices, so while the second monitor helps, I can still get things done just by listening rather than being glued to the other screen.

Same! I always like watching competitive gaming on my own time, which VODs are great for.

• educational channels like Vox/Cracked/SciShow/LifeNogging/The School of Life/TED-Ed
• a ton of kpop entertainment companies & artists whose songs I listen to while working (as well as channels for just live performances)
• a couple western mainstream as well as indie music channels
• mainstream entertainment like Netflix, Warner Bros, Universal Pictures, Sony, Disney, Marvel etc (love dem trailers)
• not-exactly-mainstream but not exactly small entertainment channels like College Humor, Screen Junkies
• a couple Youtubers, notably Philip DeFranco, Emergency Awesome, Jaclyn Glenn
• a smattering of Japanese channels like Kyoani, Kalafina

I'm old, so I use YouTube almost exclusively for music. Like we did back in the earlier days of YT. Everything else I can watch through Facebook or Twitter from individuals and fanpages I'm subscribed to.

Same - usually it starts off with me Googling the words to a song I've heard during the day that I haven't heard before, and end up with me re-living my younger years until 3am!

Occasionally I'll watch a 'how-to' video, but more often than not that finishes up with me turning the laptop off in disgust as however many times I watch, I still cannot get the hang of the 'it's so easy a child could do it blindfolded' instructions!
