How do you feel in Neopets at your <your age> years old?

I started playing neo in 2001 when I was about 7 - 8. I mostly just played for the flash games and wasn't really that active. I'd often quit playing for a few months/years and then I'd come back but with a new account since I always forgot the info from my previous account. I came back again a few years ago with a serious attitude and have been playing the game more than I ever have. I'm mid twenties now and still love this game to death. I managed to recover a lot of old accounts I remembered except my very first account. I can still stare since it hasn't been purged yet but its impossible to recover since it didn't have an email attached :'(

The boards have always scared me a bit so I've always avoided it. The game has definitely changed and I miss the excitement you'd get from checking the news every day.

I also discovered my best friend plays so now we focus on helping each other reach goals.

I started playing in 2007 as a freshman in high school. I had just gotten my first email account (RIP Hushmail) and had wanted a Neopets account since fifth grade. My first pet was a yellow Aisha (I still have her!), and I acquired a Usul right after that.

I took a hiatus for a while, then came back during college. After another hiatus, I realized I had forgotten the account info, and submitted a ticket to get it back.

I love Neo, and it's a way for me to decompress from a stressful job now that I'm in my mid-twenties. I've made friends at work who still play Neo, too, which makes me feel better as someone with no kids and no SO.

i started playing neo in 2002. i was a really little kid.
over the years i met my closest online friend and irl friend through neopets (2 different people).

its lost a lot of its magic now, but I still play it casually. i dont use the boards anymore i just hop on, do dailies, and like looking at my pets. I dont really enjoy the art direction jumpstart has taken the site in, so there's no fun in seeing the news and new features. i miss the faerie's ruin years the most, but i can tell they're trying so ill keep playing. maybe it will get better.

I started playing in 2001 (I was 10). My older brother gave me his old account, and I played for what was 4 years straight. I then got Frozen for playing the games wrong? (I WAS DEVASTATED)

Kept coming back and then getting frozen for some reason or another.

I now play and scam and cheat and hack. ...well Mostly just autobuy.

Started playing thanks to a bored babysitter who wanted me to leave her alone, back in 2003. Too young to fully appreciate it (plus it scared me most of the time) so didn't really start playing until my teen years. Made a bunch of different accounts and lost them all, except one (which I'm hoping to learn how to hack back into at some point!), and made a new account today to get back into it. I'm not very social or a roleplayer, mostly I just play the flash games and play with my pets and try to get rich. My childhood goal was always to have a starry zafara and a poogle, but I've never been able to do that. I know Neo isn't what it once was, but I still have fun with it and am hoping it doesn't go down anytime soon (and that if I learn how to hack that they don't trace me to my first account and freeze that).

I started playing in the 90s with some friends after overhearing other friends talking about it... probably like elementary school.
I remember my username was something stupid like legomaster## haha

Got frozen for something stupid then later on decided to mess around. I literally had people sending me their passwords in two separate neomails. Then it was all downhill from there. Found old forums and started finding new ways to get accounts. Ran the gambit in just about every possible way that has came up and ended up where I am now. Don't really play too much anymore, too much going on.

I started playing in... 2008. I was like what at the time, around the age of 12? Was getting fed up with neopets jr so I created an account with a fake birthday and later caused a lot of ruckus in guilds.

I came back in... 2010, and I was obsessed about someday being rich. I was a big wannabe, looked up many ways on how to have a lot of nps but was still smart enough not to fall for the pw scams. Then I said something stupid about how to make riches and waddyaknow? Got frozen.

Now here I am on clraik, and I have so much more than I would ever have after lots of trial and error. My preteen self would be one happy mfer!! Only thing is that neo is almost like a ghost town, and the PC is even more brutal now it feels like.

I started playing in 2000 because my neighbors had found out about the site. I signed up on their computer, came home and promptly forgot my username and password. I made something like 4 accounts that summer because every time I played I forgot my information. Met a friend in the 5th grade who also played, made my current account, and have been playing on and off ever since. Turning 26 in just a few months.

I started playing in 2003/2004 in elementary school on my original account. I remember making an account with one of my neighbors but eventually I was the only one that continued to play on it.
I had a TON of Neo plushies & merch since I loved it so much, and honestly the site really helped me growing up in terms of learning coding/design/etc. I don't want to ramble on with a long story but I'm just really glad I made a Neo account & still play today.
